AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Legal Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Debbie McLeod (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in the United Kingdom.
We operate the website https://debbiemcleod.co.uk (the “Site”), together with any related products and services that refer or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over.
1. OUR SERVICES
Services are offered for a fee, including but not limited to element sacred ceremonies, pet loss grief support, circles, memberships, solstice events and meditations products (“Paid Services”). Details of pricing, scope, and delivery will be made clear at the point of booking or purchase.
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once a Paid Service has been delivered.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a Paid Service, you must provide reasonable notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or treat the booking as forfeited where insufficient notice is given, except where cancellation rights apply under consumer law.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Paid Services at our discretion, including where continued provision would be inappropriate or unproductive.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including all content, text, graphics, materials, trademarks, and logos (collectively, the “Content”). These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By engaging with Element Sacred Ceremonies, you confirm and agree that:
You are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You are participating voluntarily, with an understanding that ceremonies and rituals are non-religious, spiritual, and supportive in nature, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice
You take personal responsibility for your emotional wellbeing before, during, and after any ceremony or ritual
You will engage with the Services respectfully, honouring the sacred nature of the work, the facilitator, and any other participants
You will not use the Services in a way that is harmful, abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful to others
Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You understand that each person’s experience of ceremony, ritual, grief, healing, or connection is unique, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
When engaging with Element Sacred Ceremonies, you agree not to:
Use the Services in any way that is harmful, disrespectful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the sacred and supportive nature of the work
Behave in a manner that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or emotionally unsafe towards the celebrant or others
Share, copy, or use ceremony content, rituals, or materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Misrepresent the Services or use them in a way that causes harm, distress, or misunderstanding
Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue Services where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or does not honour the intention of the work.
5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.
6. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor, manage, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice, to protect our rights and ensure proper operation.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We encourage informal resolution of disputes in the first instance. Nothing in these Legal Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions within the Services at any time without notice.

You agree to take responsibility for your own actions and to indemnify and hold harmless Element Sacred Ceremonies and its facilitator(s) from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Services, including ceremonies, rituals, or materials
Any actions that cause harm, distress, or disruption to others or to the safe and supportive environment of the Services
This means that you accept responsibility for ensuring your participation is respectful, safe, and aligned with the intention of the work.
14. USER DATA
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining copies of any data you submit.
15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
